Rates

The following rates are subject to change without notice. Price is per night for the apartment and 4 people.

A security deposit of 500 euros is due with your reservation. This will be handled by Pay Pal or deposited to our Arizona Bank of America account. The deposit can be done at any B of A Branch . It will be returned to you if there is no damage/no one has smoked in the apartment/and the security keys are returned. Should you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before your rental starts, a fee of 350 euros shall be deducted from the deposit and the balance returned to you.

The entire rental amount is due 30 days prior to your rental start date. In the event you should cancel after payment in full is made, a refund will only be made if we are able to rent the apartment for the same period and at the same rate or more.
If the replacement rental is at a lesser rate, the difference will be deducted from your payment and the balance returned to you.

Payment of the rental amount can be handled in several ways:

1. Funds can be wired to our Barclays Bank account in Paris or London.
2. Visa/MC/AE credit cards can be used via Pay Pal. However, we will pass on the 2.9% service charge to you.
